Структурная модификация производных АК влияет на расширение спектра фармакологического действия, поэтому они применялись и применяются в медицинской практике в качестве противовоспалительных, анальгетических, жаропонижающих и диуретических средств. Целью работы является компьютерный прогноз с помощью программы PASS Online, синтез и экспериментальное исследование биологической активности новых соединений из ряда замещенных гидразидов NН-ацил-5-йодантраниловой кислоты. Синтез новых соединений осуществили, используя методы циклизации, амидирования, конденсации. Чистоту полученных продуктов контролировали методом ТСХ на пластинках Sorbfil ПТСХ-П-В. Строение соединений установили методами ИК-спектрометрии и ЯМР1Н-спектроскопии. В лабораторных условиях изучили их антибактериальную и противовоспалительную активности. Полученные данные по прогнозированию биологического действия и проведенные испытания свидетельствуют о перспективности поиска фармакологически активных соединений в ряду R-бензилиденгидразидов NH-бензоил-5-йодантраниловой кислоты.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Of particular interest in the field of synthesis are derivatives of N-substituted antranilic acid (AA), due to their versatility of biological effects and low toxicity. Structural modification of AA derivatives affects the expansion of the spectrum of pharmacological action; therefore, they have been used and are used in medical practice as antiinflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic and diuretic medicines. The aim of this work is a computer prediction using a computer program PASS Online, synthesis and experimental study of biological activity of new compounds, some substituted hydrazides of NH-acyl-5- iodantranylic acid. The synthesis of new compounds was carried out using methods of cyclization, amideation, condensation. The purity of the obtained products was controlled by TLC on plates Sorbfil PTSH-P-V. The structure of compounds was established by IR spectrometry and1H NMR spectroscopy. Antibacterial and antiinflammatory activities were studied in the laboratory.
