Установлено, что немодифицированный коллаген стимулирует пролиферацию эпителиальных клеток кожи и волосяных фолликул, фибробластов, эндотелия сосудов. Наиболее выраженная экспрессия изучаемых цитокинов наблюдается на 7-21-е сутки после инъекции коллагенового препарата.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Immunohistochemical method using mouse polyclonal antibodies was used to study the expression of Ki-67 antigen cell proliferation markers and phagocytes-1 growth factor (FGF-1) in mature female rats (12-13 months) with intradermal mesotherapy of unmodified bovine collagen type I, as an analogue of which we used the domestic preparation "Collost® gel". It has been established that unmodified collagen stimulates the proliferation of skin epithelial cells and hair follicles, fibroblasts, and vascular endothelium.
