Эксперименты выполнены на 19-ти крысах, которым в течение трех недель внутрижелудочно вводили стандартную питательную смесь (контрольная группа) либо стандартную питательную смесь с добавлением кукурузного масла (опытная группа), что соответствовало дополнению к основному рациону 40%-ной доли жира от общей суточной калорийности. Выявлено, что высокожировая нагрузка приводит к формированию стеатоза и воспалительной инфильтрации печени.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The effect of the high fat diets on the morphofunctional state of the liver was studied. The experiments were performed on 19 rats, which for three weeks were intragastrically injected with standard nutrient mixture (control group) or standard nutrient mixture with corn oil (experimental group), which corresponded to the addition to the basic diet of 40% fat content calorie content.
