У 18 здоровых испытуемых исследована фармакокинетика гиполипидемического препарата из груп- пы статинов – Аторвастатина методом высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии (ВЭЖХ). У 30 больных гиперлипидемией изучена клиническая эффективность Аторвастатина. На фоне лечения отме- чен выраженный гиполипидемический эффект со значимым снижением атерогенных показателей липид- ного спектра крови. Отмечен также незначительный дезагрегантный эффект этого препарата

The pharmacokinetics of lipid-lowering drug of the statin – Аtorvastatin by HPLC In 18 healthy humans are examined. In 30 patients with hyperlipidemia studied the clinical efficacy of Atorvastatin. The treatment marked by a pronounced gipolipidnemic effect with a significant decrease in atherogenic lipides profile. A slight antiplatelet effect of this drug also noted.
