Описаны основные преимущества ис- пользования данной биологической модели. Приведены общие принципы, подходы и методология опре- деления проницаемости на культуре клеток Сасо-2. Показана корреляция между значениями кишечной проницаемостью, определенной в условиях in vivo и кажущимися коэффициентами кишечной проница- емости in vitro.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Paper is devoted to the application of epithelial monolayer of human colon adenocarcinoma cells – Caco-2 for in vitro permeability evaluation of drugs. Main advantages of this biological model are described. General principles, approaches and methodology of Caco-2 permeability assay are defined.
