По прогнозам экспертов Всемирной организации здравоохранения, в середине XXI века болезни органов пищеварения будут занимать одно из ведущих мест. В работе проанализированы литературные данные, свидетельствующие о поражениях желудочно-кишечного тракта (ЖКТ) при приеме различных классов лекарственных средств, в т. ч. и препаратов, направленных на профилактику заболеваний ЖКТ. Описано побочное влияние НПВС, глюкокортикоидов, тяжелых металлов, нейролептиков, антибиотиков, цитостатиков, салуретиков, антикоагулянтов, контрацептивов, а также клизм, свечей и др. средств. Существующие обзоры уделяют серьезное внимание медикаментозным поражениям желудка, оставляя в стороне их влияние на кишечный тракт. Мы постарались восполнить этот пробел. Даны новые подходы к коррекции, протекции органов ЖКТ с помощью клеточных технологий, коротких пептидов и медиаторов, регуляторных пептидов, пробиотиков, пребиотиков, симбиотиков. Рассмотрены эпигенетические вопросы, относящиеся к плюрипотентности стволовых клеток. В Российской Федерации создана нормативно-правовая база, регламентирующая все основополагающие процессы, связанные с производством и обращением биомедицинских клеточных продуктов и биотехнологий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Common complications of pharmacotherapy involve damage to the gastrointestinal tract, development of resistance to traditional therapy, destruction of the intramural nervous system of the intestines, changes in the opportunistic microﬂora, dysfunctions of the intestinal immune system. According to WHO experts, diseases of the digestive system are expected to become one of the leading causes of disability. This paper reviews current publications on drug-induced injuries of the gastrointestinal tract, including those induced by drugs aimed at preventing such conditions. Side effects of NSAIDs, glucocorticoids, minerals, neuroleptics, antibiotics, cytostatics, saluretics, anticoagulants, contraceptives, as well as enemas, suppositories and other drugs are described. Published review papers paid signiﬁcant attention to drug-induced injuries of the stomach; however, there is a lack of data on drug-induced lesions of the gastrointestinal tract. This paper aims to brigde this gap. New approaches to correction and organ protection are described. The epigenetic issues related to the pluripotency of stem cells are considered.
