Установлено, что предварительное введение эмпаглифлозина в дозе 1 мг/кг в течение четырех периодов полувыведения препарата эффективно предотвращало CaCl2 -индуцированную желудочковую аритмию и смерть.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The antiarrhythmic activity of the type 2 sodium glucose co-transporter inhibitor Empagliﬂozin was studied in a model induced by calcium chloride in C57BL mice.
