В тестах «Вынужденное плавание» и «Трехнагрузочная плавательная проба» показано, что НАЖБП вызывает у животных уменьшение физической работоспособности и замедление ее восстановления. Установлено, что L-орнитина L-аспартат существенно увеличивает физическую работоспособность мышей с НЖБП и оказывает положительное влияние на процессы постнагрузочного восстановления.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the present study, we evaluated the effects of L-ornithine L-aspartate on the physical performance of C57BL/6 mice with experimental non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) induced by a high-caloric “western” diet combined with intraperitoneal carbon tetrachloride injections. Using the forced swim test and triple weight-loaded exhaustive swim test, this model of NAFLD was shown to cause a signiﬁcant impairment of physical performance and a decrease in physical recovery.
