Предсказанное отсутствие токсических эффектов на основные системы жизнеобеспечения млекопитающих с применением QSAR-моделей подтвердили результаты испытаний острой, субхронической и хронической токсичности на различных лабораторных животных. Мониторинг жизненно важных показателей добровольцев и сравнительный анализ обобщенных результатов этих показателей до (скрининг), на протяжении и по окончании исследования показали отсутствие достоверных и клинически значимых изменений, угрожающих жизни и здоровью людей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The safety of the new anti-tuberculosis drug Tiozonide was studied by bioinformatics and preclinical methods using laboratory animals and with the participation of healthy volunteers. The absence of toxic effects on the main life support systems of mammals predicted by QSAR models was confi rmed by the results of acute, subchronic and chronic toxicity tests in various laboratory animals.
