Установлена повышенная распространённость аллеля риска в исследуемой выборке по сравнению с контролем. Предполагается, что ген TCF7L2 является фактором риска развития ранних нарушений углеводного обмена. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The TCF7L2 gene was studied in people with the 1st degree obesity as a molecular genetic marker of obesity. An increased prevalence of the risk allele was found in the study sample compared to the control.
