Отработана методика содержания животных в лабораторных условиях, охарактеризованы критерии инбредного разведения гомозиготных трансгенных линий мышей. Полученные данные могут быть полезны сотрудникам вивария для поддержания трансгенной линии мышей. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this article, we analyze the specifics of health monitoring and maintenance of transgenic mouse strains. A method for keeping animals in laboratory conditions is discussed, the criteria for inbred crossing of homozygous transgenic mice lines are characterized.
