Установлено, что метаболит вдвое дольше циркулирует в системном кровотоке животных по сравнению с этиловым эфиром N-фенилацетил-глицил-L-пролина, а его концентрации в плазме крови были в 50–70 раз выше концентраций исходного соединения. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We studied the pharmacokinetics of a drug preparation, ethyl ester of N-phenylacetyl-glycyl-L-proline, exhibiting neuroprotective activity and its metabolite cyclo-L-prolylglycine in rat blood plasma after a single intravenous administration at a dose of 20 mg/kg.
