Представлены результаты исследования специфичности полученных антител с помощью иммуноферментного анализа. Проведена оценка биологической активности на модели пролиферации культур перевиваемой клеточной линии глиобластомы человека T98G in vitro.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This paper describes a technique for producing anti-idiotypic monoclonal antibodies (Ab2) against two morphine derivatives.
