В качестве потенциальных противосудорожных лекарственных средств были исследованы аминоэфир вальпроевой кислоты (43 мг/кг), карамифен (50 мг/кг), диферидин (2 мг/кг). Кровь и ткань головного мозга для определения ацетилхолинэстеразы (АХЭ) отбирали через 10, 30, 60 мин, 6 и 24 ч после введения ксенобиотика. На основании полученных данных можно сделать предварительное заключение о том, что при отравлении обратимыми ингибиторами АХЭ только начальные проявления судорожной активности обусловлены накоплением ацетилхолина в синапсах ЦНС (вследствие угнетения активности АХЭ), а за процессы дальнейшего поддержания и рецидивирования судорог ответственны другие механизмы, не связанные с ингибированием АХЭ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>To simulate a convulsive syndrome, phenylcarbamate was administered intraperitoneally at a dose of 1 mg/kg. Valproic acid aminoester (43 mg/kg), caramiphene (50 mg/kg), and diferidine (2 mg/kg) were investigated as potential anticonvulsant drugs. Blood and brain tissue for the determination of acetylcholinesterase (AСhE) were taken at 10, 30, 60 minutes, 6 and 24 hours after administration of the xenobiotic.
