Методом ИФА подтверждены его антигенные свойства. У реконвалесцентов COVID-19 статистически значимо повышен уровень иммуноглобулинов класса G к белку E в сравнении с контрольной группой пациентов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this work, we obtain a producer of the recombinant SARS-CoV-2 E protein and develop a system for its expression and purification in a soluble form. ELISA confirmed its antigenic properties.
