В экспериментальном исследовании изучалось влияние нанопрепарата, содержащего производное селеноксантена и циклодекстрин, на репродуктивность белых беспородных крыс-самок после введения мифепристона. Селеноксантен в дозах 0,35 и 0,7 мг/кг при внутрижелудочном введении в течение 5 дней повышал репродуктивность животных.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Despite the diversity of modern treatment methods, infertility rates remain high both in Russian and globally. In the present experimental study, we study the effect of a nanopreparation based on a selenoxanthene derivative and cyclodextrin on the reproduction of white outbred rats (females) after the administration of mifepristone.
