Формирование мономолекулярных плёнок Ленгмюра непосредственно на поверхности матричноактивированной лазерной десорбцией/ионизацией мишени позволяет сократить и упростить пробоподготовку, а также повысить чувствительность методики профилирования свободных жирных кислот в биологических образцах различной природы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The application of Langmuir technology for analyzing free fatty acids makes it possible to obtain monolayers consisting of barium monocarboxylates, while the characteristic isotopic distribution of barium makes it possible to simplify the identification of compounds containing this element in mass spectra.
