<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the results of reproduction of the cyclophosphane model of heart failure. Outbred mice weighing 18–26 g at the onset of the experiment were used. All mice were divided into two groups with 10 animals in each. The first group was injected intraperitoneally with cyclophosphamide at a dose of 15 mg/kg, five times for 21 days (day 1, 5, 10, 15, and 21). The second group was intact animals. EchoCG was performed on the animals twice: baseline before the experiment (point 1) and one week after the last injection (point 2, day 28). The presented experimental model may be used for the study of drug toxicity prevention methods, as well as a model of heart failure with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эхокардиография</kwd><kwd>нарушение функции сердца</kwd><kwd>поражение правого желудочка</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>echocardiography</kwd><kwd>heart dysfunction</kwd><kwd>right ventricle damage</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Ларина В. С.
