В эксперименте установлено, что содержание крыс популяции линий Wistar на высококалорийной диете в сочетании с введением тилоксапола при различных режимах во второй половине беременности приводит к нарушению толерантности к глюкозе, увеличению уровня ДНК-повреждений в органах потомства и отклонениям в постнатальном периоде развития. Предложенная модель может использоваться для поиска средств фармакологической коррекции репродуктивных нарушений при гестационном диабете.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The absence of a generally accepted model of gestational diabetes makes the task of its search and development highly relevant. The conducted experiments found that a high-calorie diet in combination with tyloxapol administration in various modes in the second half of pregnancy of Wistar rats leads to impaired glucose tolerance, an increase in the level of DNA damage in the organs of offspring, and deviations in the postnatal period of development.
