Установлено, что соединение 33а в дозах 50, 100 и 150 мг/кг, а также соединение 33b в дозе 60 мг/кг способны приводить к снижению температуры тела у крыс относительно контрольной группы. У соединения 9a подобный эффект не выявлен. Эти данные могут указывать на наличие антипсихотического действия у соединений 33a и 33b.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this study, we evaluated the ability of three new chromone-containing allylmorpholines (33a, 33b, and 9a) to exhibit hypothermic effects in rats after a single injection. The temperature was measured rectally before the injection and after 20, 40, and 60 min. It was found that compound 33a at doses of 50, 100, and 150 mg/kg, as well as compound 33b at a dose of 60 mg/kg, were able to decrease body temperature in rats relative to the control group at the same time point. No such effects were detected with compound 9a.
