Металлоорганический координационный полимер, модифицированный оксидом железа и аскорбиновой кислотой (композит), вводили внутрижелудочно здоровым крысам в дозах 25 и 50 мг/кг. Установлено, что при внутрижелудочном введении композита в дозах 25 и 50 мг/кг наблюдается значительное преходящее увеличение концентрации сывороточного железа, что не приводит к нарушению гомеостаза про/антиоксидантов у здоровых животных. Внутрижелудочное введение композита в дозе 25 мг/кг, но не 50 мг/кг, приводит к накоплению в периферической крови лимфоцитов в поздней стадии апоптоза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Experiments were performed using 35 male Wistar rats. A metal-organic coordination polymer modified with iron oxide and ascorbic acid (composite) was administered intragastrically to healthy rats at doses of 25 and 50 mg/kg. The intragastric administration of the preparation under study at doses of 25 and 50 mg/kg was found to lead to a significant transient increase in serum iron concentration, while not leading to disruption of pro/antioxidant homeostasis in healthy animals.
