<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Depression and anxiety disorders are among the most common psychiatric problems worldwide. The most important factor leading to the development of psychiatric disorders is chronic stress. TRPV1 channels in the central nervous system are known to be involved in neuronal plasticity and may be one of the links in the development of anxiety and depressive states. In our study, we used a selective blocker of this channel – APHC3, whose administration resulted in a reduction of anxiety and fear in animals in a model of  acute stress. We have identified possible pathways for the development of psychiatric disorders when the body is exposed to chronic stress.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>TRPV1</kwd><kwd>APHC3</kwd><kwd>хронический стресс</kwd><kwd>масса тела</kwd><kwd>мыши ICR</kwd><kwd>in vivo</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>TRPV1</kwd><kwd>APHC3</kwd><kwd>chronic stress</kwd><kwd>body weight</kwd><kwd>ICR mice</kwd><kwd>in vivo</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">данная работа финансировалась за счет средств бюджета лаборатории биологических испытаний Института биоорганической химии им. академиков М.М.
