В последние десятилетие отмечается значительный рост интереса к данной биотехнологии, что обусловлено ее высокой эффективностью при высоком уровне безопасности и низкой себестоимости. В настоящее время аутоплазма обогащенная тромбоцитами активно применяется в хирургии, стоматологии, травматологии и ортопедии, спортивной медицине, косметологии и дерматологии, комбустиологии. В то же время до сих пор отмечен явный недостаток оценки эффективности применения и отдаленных результатов аутоплазмы с точки зрения доказательной медицины. Аутоплазма обогащенная тромбоцитами обладает рядом полезных свойств: ускоряет процессы регенерации тканей, противовоспалительный эффект, снижение болевого синдрома, что открывает еще большие перспективы для применения в хирургии, травматологии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The most actual aspects of application in various areas of medicine of modern biomedical technology – platelet-rich plasma are reflected in article. In the last decade is celebrated significant increase in interest to this biotechnology that is caused by its high efficiency at high level of safety and low prime cost. Now platelet-rich plasma actively it is applied in surgery, stomatology, traumatology and orthopedics, sports medicine, cosmetology and dermatology, a combustiology. At the same time apparent defect of an assessment of application efficiency and the remote results autoplasm from the point of view of evidential medicine is still noted.
