Электрическую активность регистрировали с имплантированных электродов в мышечный слой тонкой кишки крыс. Показано, что внутрижелудочное введение колистина в течение 7 суток не приводило к нарушению генерации мигрирующего миоэлектрического комплекса тощей кишки, что сопровождалось незначительными изменениями ее микрофлоры с выраженными изменениями количественного состава микрофлоры слепой кишки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The effect of colistin on the electrical activity of the small intestine and microbiota was studied. The electrical activity was recorded by electrodes implanted in the muscle layer of the rat jejunum.
