Предложены дозы и альтернативный метод введения стрептозотоцина и неполного адъюванта Фрейнда для получения сахарного диабета 1 типа на генетически не предрасположенных к развитию аутоиммунных заболеваний животных.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The research presents the experimental simulation of type 1 diabetes in rats.
