Показано, что внутрижелудочное введение Париета в течение 16 суток приводит к колонизации Escherichia coli проксимальных отделов тонкого кишечника, что сопровождается потерей массы тела. Выявлено уменьшение видового состава микрофлоры тощей и слепой кишок. Обнаружено исчезновение количественного проксимо-дистального градиента микроорганизмов в кишечнике.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The effect of hypochlorhydria on qualitative and quantitative composition of the luminal microflora in the jejunum and cecum of rats was studied. It is shown that intragastric administration of pariet for 16 days leads to the Escherichia coli colonization of the proximal small intestine, which is accompanied by loss of body weight. It is found a decrease in the composition of microbiota in the jejunum and cecum.
