лекулы фуросемида с олигопептидами в водной среде. Полученный термодинамический спектр позволя-
ет оценить потенциальные возможности молекул, в частности молекулы фуросемида, в процессе ком-
плексообразования с белковым субстратом. Что позволяет оценить величину максимально возможно-
го аффинитета. Для фуросемида он оказался равен -39,5 кДж/моль при взаимодействии центров фуро-
