творимости и метаболизму (BDDCS), разработанная в 2005 г с целью расширения перечня ЛВ - по-
тенциальных кандидатов на оценку взаимозаменяемости согласно процедуре «биовейвер». Рассмотре-
на взаимосвязь интенсивности метаболизма, кишечной проницаемости и других биофармацевтических
свойств. Оценена приемлемость BDDCS для установления кишечной проницаемости ЛВ. Приведена
классификация некоторых ЖНВЛС согласно данной системе. Определены основные перспективы при-
