тании с артериальной гипертонией. Исследование индивидуальной генотоксичности фосфокреатина
в пробах in vitro показало разрушительное действие фосфокреатина на ДНК лейкоцитов пациентов с
одно- и двухсосудистым поражением коронарных сосудов и, напротив, восстанавливающее влияние
данного препарата на структуру ДНК у пациентов с многососудистым поражением коронарных со-
судов.
A clinical study of 36 patients with coronary heart disease in combination with arterial hypertension.
Study of the genotoxicity of phosphocreatine in the individual samples in vitro showed the devastating effect
of phosphocreatine on DNA of leukocytes in patients with single lesions and dvuhsosudistym coronary vessels
and, in contrast, restorative effect of this drug on the structure of DNA in patients with multivessel coronary
