ной хромотографии с масс-спектрометрическим детектированием после однократной в/в болюсной
инъекции в дозе 3,5 мг через периферический или центральный венозный катетер препарата Велкейд
(«Янссен-Силаг Интернейшнл Н.В.», Бельгия). Показано, что максимальная концентрация бортезоми-
ба после однократного в/в введения достигается практически сразу и составляет 93,5±54,7. Далее кон-
центрация бортезомиба в плазме резко снижается, переходя в более длительные фазы распределения
и терминальную фазу. При этом наблюдается выраженный индивидуальный разброс значений (от 33
до 62%). Средние значения концентрации бортезомиба статистически достоверно не различались для
каждого момента времени.
The concentration of bortezomib in patients with multiple myeloma by method of liquid chromatography
with mass spectrometric detection after a single i/o bolus injection at a dose of 3,5 mg via peripheral or
central venous catheter venous drug Velcade ("Janssen-Cilag International NV" Belgium) was measured. It
is shown that the maximum concentration of bortezomib after a single i/о administration is achieved almost
immediately and becomes equal to 93,5±54,7. After that the concentration of bortezomib in plasma decreases
sharply, moving to longer distribution phases and the terminal phase. In this process a pronounced individual
variation of values (33 to 62%) is registered. Average values of bortezomib concentration for each moments of
