ви. Анализ проводился на жидкостном хроматографе "Agilent 1100" (США) с масс-спектрометрическим
детектором. Разделение проводилось на колонке Zorbax SB C 18 (3,6×100 мм). Подвижная фаза состоя-
ла из смеси ацетонитрила/воды (15:85, v/v). Изучили фармакокинетику препарата Клорель в дозе 150
мг. Исследования показали, что после приема внутрь клопидогрел достаточно быстро всасывается в
желудочно-кишечном тракте, максимальная концентрация достигается через 1 час после приема и со-
ставляет 3185±1368 пг/мл.
In this publication a method for quantitative determination of clopidogrel in plasma is descubed. The
analysis was performed on the liquid chromatograph «Agilent 1100» (USA) with mass spectrometric detector.
Separation was carried out on a column of Zorbax SB C 18 (3,6×100 mm). The mobile phase consisted of a
mixture of acetonitrile/water (15:85, v/v). Studied the pharmacokinetics of the drug Klorel 150 mg. Studies
have shown that after ingestion Clopidogrel quickly absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract, the maximum
