мощью инновационных методов диагностики, выявляющих генетические различия между людьми. В
фокусе - исследования генотипирование больных ИБС по полиморфному маркеру С3435Т гена MDR1,
кодирующего гликопротеин Р, методом ПЦР-ПДРФ. Впервые выявлена ассоциация между носитель-
ством генотипов данного маркера и риском развития инфаркта миокарда. Генотипирование рассматри-
вается с точки зрения современных принципов персонализированной медицины с целью индивидуали-
зации подходов к профилактике и лечению сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний.
The article is devoted to possibility of early forecasting of Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) failures by
using the innovative methods of diagnostics revealing genetic distinctions between people. In this research
focus is revealing of the genotype of patients with CHD on С3435Т polymorphism in MDR1gene, expressing
glycoprotein Р, by PCR-PLRF. The association between carriers of genotypes of the given polimorphism and
risk of development of acute myocardial infarction is revealed for the first time. Revealing of the genotype
is considered from the point of view of modern principles of the personalized medicine for the purpose of an
