Проведено изучение возможности коррекции метаболического пути L-аргинин/eNOS/NO при L-NAME-индуцированной ADMA-ассоциированной эндотелиальной дисфункции с помощью внут- рибрюшинного введения тетрагидробиоптерина (ВН4) в дозе 10 мг/кг, L-аргинина в дозе 200 мг/кг, L-норвалина в дозе 10 мг/кг и комбинаций L-аргинина c ВН4 и L-норвалином. Выявлено, что ис- следованные препараты по отдельности, оказывая эндотелиопротективное действие при ADMA- ассоциированной патологии, и при сочетанном применении проявляют положительное фармакодина- мическое взаимодействие.
