В работе достоверно показано, что пациенты хотели бы иметь ответы на вопросы эффективности, безопасности и стоимости лекарственной терапии в открытом доступе, из официальных источников. Большинство пациентов хотели бы видеть инструкции по медицинскому применению препаратов, изложенные на «доступном» для них языке. Пациенты сообщают врачу о развитии у них побочных эффектах в 75% случаев, однако врачи крайне не активно извещают службы фармаконадзора о выяв- ленных реакциях. We demonstrated unambiguously that the patients would like to have answers to the questions of efficacy, safety and cost of drug treatment in publicly available from official sources. Most patients would like to see instructions on medical use of drugs, as set out on «undestandable» for them language. Patients report a doctor about the development of their side effects in 75% of cases, but doctors are not very actively notify the service of pharmacovigilance identified reactions.
