Пероральное введение животным аммиачной селитры (доза 1/2, 1/5, ЛД50) вызывает достоверное повышение (p&lt;0,001) количества структурных аберраций хромосом, геномных мутаций патологических митозов и нарушение интерфазных ядер. Биораг характеризуется выраженным антимутагенным и антицитотоксическим действием.
