После внутривенного введения14С-глюкозы углекислый газ, выдыхаемый в камере, собирали при помощи воздухозаборной системы с насосом. Уровень14CO2 в выдыхаемом воздухе измеряли в течение 30 мин через 10-минутные интервалы. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о том, что данный метод может быть использован в медицинских и биологических исследованиях с использованием меченых веществ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This study reports a simple14C-breath test in rats. The expired carbon dioxide in the chamber was collected in a breath-sampling system using a pump after intravenous injection of14C-glucose. The level of14CO2 in the expired air was measured at 10-min intervals for 30 min.
