Субстра-
тами гликопротеина-Р является большое число лекарственных средств, применяемых в клинической
практике. На активность гликопротеина-Р влияют различные факторы, включая межлекарственное
взаимодействие и полиморфизм гена MDR1, кодирующего гликопротеин-Р. Изучение этих факторов
