Экспериментальное исследование проведено на кроликах-самцах породы шиншилла. Животным первой группы имплантировали изделие из нержавеющей стали (марка EOS PH1), во второй группе имплантат был изготовлен из титанового сплава (марка Ti6Al4V). Оба имплантата выполнены по аддитивной технологии селективного лазерного сплавления методом послойного сплавления образцов. Срок наблюдения животных составил 90 дней после имплантации. Обнаружено, что у животных первой группы в течение эксперимента наблюдалось два случая выпадения имплантата, во второй группе таких случаев зафиксировано не было. В первой группе отмечен один случай гибели животного, а также три случая хронического воспаления возле имплантата. С одинаковой частотой у животных обеих групп отмечен рост активности трансаминаз и увеличение уровня С-реактивного белка. Результаты проведенного исследования показали, что приживаемость и безопасность чрескожного имплантата из титанового сплава были выше относительно изделия, выполненного из нержавеющей стали.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the work, an assessment was made of the survival and safety of the original percutaneous implant for the stump of a tubular bone made from different metal alloys. An experimental study was performed on male rabbits of the Chinchilla breed. The animals of the first group were implanted with a stainless steel product (grade EOS PH1), in the second group the implant was made of a titanium alloy (grade Ti6Al4V). Both implants are made by the additive technology of selective laser fusion by the method of layer-by-layer fusion of samples. The period of observation of the animals was 90 days after implantation. It was found that in animals of the first group two cases of implant prolapse were observed during the experiment, in the second group there were no such cases. In the first group there was one case of death of an animal, as well as three cases of chronic inflammation near the implant. With the same frequency, the animals of both groups showed an increase in the activity of transaminases and an increase in the level of the C-reactive protein.
