ангиотензин-альдостероновой системы (РААС) и состоянии фосфорно-кальциевого
обмена при артериальной гипертонии (АГ) проводилось на 49 больных (19 мужчин и
30 женщин) с артериальной гипертонией (АГ). Больным проводили суточное монито-
рирование артериального давления, анализ параметров РААС (ренина, ангиотензина
I), уровней общего и ионизированного кальция, фосфора и генетическое тестирова-
ние методом ПЦР-ПДРФ. Было установлено, что Fok I полиморфизм гена VDR ассо-
циирован с изменением возраста возникновения АГ и с вариабельностью дневных
