остеохондроза позвоночника у кроликов при длительном динамическом наблюдении (до 40
недель). Установлено, что в пунктированных дисках формируются остеофиты, происходит де-
струкция гиалинового хряща замыкательной пластинки, а ткань пульпозного ядра некротизи-
руется и постепенно замещается фиброзным хрящом. В дальнейшем развиваются вторичная
дистрофия этой ткани и дезорганизация структуры внутреннего и среднего слоев фиброзного
кольца, а также образуются щели между замыкательной пластинкой и фиброзным кольцом. В
интактных межпозвонковых дисках, расположенных на ближайших анатомических уровнях с
дисками, подвергавшимися экспериментальному воздействию, обнаруживаются умеренные
дистрофические процессы в пульпозном ядре, вероятно, связанные с нестабильностью позво-
ночника. Выявленные изменения близки к дегенеративным изменениям межпозвонковых
дисков при остеохондрозе позвоночника у человека, то есть представляют собой адекватную
модель для оценки результатов и определения механизмов различных методов лечения данно-
