логорской популяций. Проведенный фармакокинетический анализ показал, что время всасыва
ния, распределения и выведения препарата у мини свиней светлогорской популяций близки к
таковым у человека. Время достижения максимальной концентрации, период полувыведения,
площадь под фармакокинетической кривой сравнительно легко экстраполируются на человечес
