тельных лекарственных реакций при применении лекарственных средств, являющихся суб
стратами изофермента цитохрома Р450 2D6 (CYP2D6), включая в адреноблокаторы и пси
хотропные препараты. Нами определены частоты встречаемости аллелей и генотипов по
лиморфного маркера G1846A в трех этнических группах Чукотского АО: русских, чукчей и
эвенов. Знание межэтнических различий клинически значимых аллельных вариантов, по
мимо теоретического интереса, может применяться при разработке региональных реко
