морфином анальгезии, толерантности и зависимости. Парлодел в дозе 0,05 и 0,1 мг/кг не
вызывает изменения латентного периода рефлекса поднятия хвоста у крыс, но дозозави
симо усиливает морфиновую анальгезию. Предварительное введение 5 мг/кг алкоприда -
антагониста дофаминергических рецепторов - блокирует эффект 0,1 мг/кг парлодела и
уменьшает морфиновую анальгезию. Ежедневное введение 10 мг/кг морфина ускоряет
толерантность к болеутоляющему эффекту у животных контрольной группы. Ежедневное
совместное введение парлодела и морфина подавляет развитие толерантности к морфи
ну. Однако ежедневное введение парлодела (0,1 мг/кг) и алкоприда (5 мг/кг) не вызывает
