ложены современные представления о системе биотрансформации и транспортеров
лекарственных средств, а также о факторах, влияющих на ее активность. Подробно ос-
вещены вопросы влияния генетических особенностей человека на активность системы
биотрансофрмации и транспортеров лекарственных средств и их клиническое значе-
ние для оптимизации фармакотерапии. Сформулированы основные этапы проведения
фармакогенетических исследований системы биотрансформации и транспортеров ле-
карственных средств. Обозначены проблемы внедрения в клиническую практику фар-
макогенетических исследований системы биотрансформации и транспортеров лекар-
