in vivo - менее 15 минут, что ведет к расщеплению более чем 99,99% AO уже к 10-15 ча-
су после парентерального введения. Поэтому особенного внимания заслуживают фа-
кты пролонгированных до 1-14 суток эффектов таких АО, как холецистокинин-4 и -3, и
5HT-модулин. Обсуждаются возможные механизмы этого явления: депонирование ча-
сти АО, последовательная индукция (супрессия) выхода других регуляторных соедине-
