17. N.N. Karkischenko Research Center for Biomedical Technologies of RAMS, Moscow Biological medicine, a conceptual scientific complex, focuses its efforts on directional search for and construction of experimental and genetically caused biomodels of health and illness with purposes of retaining and maintaining the proper quality of life. A subject of biomedicine is a man as the prototype for biomodeling and construction of models of arbitrary orders. The basic method of biomedicine is biological and mathematical modeling spanning from subatomic to multisystem level. Biological, medical, physical, chemical and other disciplines, which are precisely outlined within their mathematical vicinities, limits, continuity and dynamism of processes and satisfies to axiomatics of their topological structures, constitute a conceptual space of biomedicine. Key words: axiomatics, biomodeling, hierarchies of biosystems, topology, extrapolation.
