Модель «выученной беспомощности» у крыс: возможности и ограничения при оценке депрессивно-подобного состояния и эффектов антидепрессантов.

Аннотация

Модель «выученной беспомощности» (ВБ) у крыс широко используется в наборе тестов для оценки депрессивно-подобного состояния и эффектов антидепрессантов. Модель оценивается как достаточно валидная, но имеющая ограничения по воспроизводимости. В обзоре представлены возможности использования модели для оценки симптомов депрессивно-подобного состояния и отдельных звеньев патогенеза депрессии, эффектов антидепрессантов. Описаны факторы, влияющие на воспроизводимость модели ВБ, наиболее важным из которых является различная чувствительность животных к стрессу. Приведены различные протоколы формирования и тестирования ВБ, используемые в разных исследовательских коллективах. С учетом большого количества вариантов протоколов и получаемых результатов, сравнительный анализ которых затруднен, необходима стандартизация модели ВБ в условиях каждой конкретной лаборатории. Модель ВБ целесообразно использовать в доклинических исследованиях потенциальных препаратов с антидепрессивной активностью.
