Adaptation mechanisms of protection pulp exposure in rats: the issue of biomodeling of acute and chronic pulpitis
Abstract
In laboratory rats were autopsied pulp chamber front incisors. Observation for 30 days revealed a number of adaptive mechanisms in the pulp cutters that allow it to exist in fact in the form of chronic wounds, which can not affect the current process alterations, inflammation and regeneration, and, in turn, on the adequacy of the results at biomodeling chronic and acute pulpitis in rodents.
