Классические и альтернативные модели в лекарственной токсикологии

Аннотация

Даны генетически обусловленные и экспериментальные модели для оценки острой и хронической токсичности фармакологических веществ, общетоксического действия ксенобиотиков, специальных средств защиты. Приводятся стандартизованные и альтернативные модели оценки острой и хронической токсичности, альтернативные батареи тестов и основные стратегии токсикокинетики, токсикопротеомики, токсикогеномики, а также подходы к компьютерному моделированию токсичности.
