Features autoregulatory abilities of alpha rhythm management of an artists and the actors, revealed in biocontrolled training on incentives of a visual and sound modality

Abstract

In this paper we have showed that actors as opposed to artists can evoke an increase of the alpha rhythm in frontal lobe in the process of training with visual and sound stimulus much better. It can be explained probably because actors must control their emotions in compliance with drama they play, but artists in their work are usually trying to get maximum emotional directness. So training for ability of alpha rhythmic self-control may be useful in drafting and training actors and other specialists who need to control their psychofunctional condition during their work.
